Transitional Program

Our transitional program is geared at helping affected youth navigate through the system. While preparing a life plan and obtaining those skills for adulthood. 

We focus on the following areas:

  • Life skills (i.e. cooking cleaning maintaining a home & car etc.)
  • Financial Literacy
  • Civic Engagement

and growth to ensure the youth that come through our program are ready for self sufficiency once they age out of the system.
